Members of the circle help introduce residential property owners, short term rental hosts, and real estate investors who may benefit from professional cleaning teams, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and project oversight.
Through trusted introductions, the Elevate Insider Circle helps expand a network of well maintained homes, vacation rentals, and investment properties throughout San Diego, La Jolla, Del Mar, Carlsbad, Chula Vista, Bonita, Eastlake, and surrounding communities. It is our way of recognizing and rewarding those who help connect property owners with dependable property service solutions.

Members of the Elevate Insider Circle are rewarded for connecting property owners with reliable property support services across San Diego County. When your referral becomes a client and completes services with Elevate My Company, you receive a gift card as a thank you for the introduction.

Referral Program Terms
Referrals must be submitted before any consultation, site visit, or service begins and must be for new property owners who have not previously worked with Elevate My Company. Rewards are issued only after the referred client completes a paid service and payment has been received in full.
Rewards follow the structure outlined in this program based on completed services or qualifying project value. Self referrals, duplicate referrals, or referrals submitted after a project has begun are not eligible. Elevate My Company reserves the right to verify referrals and withhold rewards in cases of misuse or program manipulation. Program rewards and terms may be modified or discontinued at any time, however any active referrals already in progress will remain eligible under the reward structure in place until payout is completed.
Identity Verification
To participate in the Elevate Insider Circle referral program, participants may be required to provide a valid government issued identification and verify their identity before referral rewards are issued. This requirement helps protect the integrity of the program, prevents duplicate or fraudulent claims, and ensures rewards are issued to the correct individual.
This policy applies equally to all participants.
